Cancellation Policy:
Clinic Deposit to hold a spot: $100 working, $50 audit. All clinics are limited to 12 working and 8 audit spots.
If payment is not received in full by Aug 1, your spot will be forfeited.
2 months or more prior to the start date of clinic: all fees will be refunded with the exception of the non refundable deposit.
1 to 2 months prior to the start date: 50% of the total fees paid will be refunded.
Less than 1 month before the start date: 50% of the total fees paid will be refunded ONLY IF YOUR SPOT CAN BE FILLED BY QUALIFIED TEAM.
