Advanced Training Class is our second level obedience class as well as our Intro To Agility.

to agility/ advanced training new session will be offered by Margaret in late May. Contact Margaret for details.
In this class, we'll build enthusiasm, focus, motivation in your dog, and sharpen your training skills (reward timing, criteria selection, proofing, etc). We develop the dog's play drive, helping us past the problem of how to reward the dog without a cookie. The nose touch, two on/two off position is the focused trick. Also included in this session is a continuation of down stays, recalls, and leash walking exercises making this class our level 2 obedience class as well as our starting point for agility. Dogs will be exposed to simple agility obstacles, tunnels, tires, jump chutes and weave pole channels. NOTE- Having fun is MANDATORY! Cost $90 for 6 lessons.
