To reserve a spot in a class session, mail this class application , your class fee and copy of your shot records to Dog Works, 200 Smyre Road, Zirconia, NC 28790. Class date,time, and INSTRUCTOR noted on the check. Full refunds are granted up to the start of the second class. There is a $5 processing fee for all applications taken during the first class of any Dog Works group class sessions.
You will receive an email notice a few days before the class starts. We will notify you right away if the class fills and you need to sign up for another session.
