To reserve a spot in a class session, mail this class application , your class fee and copy of your shot records to Dog Works, 200 Smyre Road, Zirconia, NC 28790. Class date,time, and INSTRUCTOR noted on the check. Full refunds are granted up to the start of the second class. There is a $5 processing fee for all applications taken during the first class of any Dog Works group class sessions.

We request that you join this moderated email list to be informed about class changes and local dog events. If you cannot join, you must make special arrangements with your instructor to be phoned in the event of a class change. This is a low volumn list which only instructors can post messages. You should email your instructor directly if you have a question.
